The property was centrally located, tidy, and with free parking. Staff was superb in all areas, from check-in to housekeeping. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was immaculate and quiet. The hotel had a homelike atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff. The food was wonderful and there were special touches like afternoon tea and birthday surprises. The hotel had beautiful grounds and an excellent German restaurant.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Spent Easter with family and it was an amazing experience! The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help us with any query. the pool was fantastic and they offered spa services that my wife loved. , the hotel was situated in a quiet and beautiful area with easy access to the city center and several tourist attractions.
We noticed that the room was quite small and cramped, especially given the high price we paid. And, while the hotel offered parking services, the underground parking was only available for staff, which made us uneasy leaving our car outside on the street.

We were pleasantly surprised by the prompt and efficient response of the hotel staff when we noticed a stain on the bedspread. They quickly replaced it with a fresh and clean one, showing their dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The central location of the hotel was extremely convenient, allowing us to explore the downtown area on foot without the need for a car. The free hotel parking was also a great bonus. The room itself was impeccable, with a comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and a peaceful ambiance. We were impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, making our stay truly enjoyable. Despite a minor observation of the breakfast service, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

This accommodation is superb! Set on beautifully manicured grounds, this hotel is the ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. the rooms are meticulously clean, with comfortable beds, renovated bathrooms, and luxury amenities such as private pools. the staff goes above and beyond expectations with heartwarming attention to detail. Guest parking is plentiful, free, and with helpful staff members. Dine-in at their German restaurant and savor the delicious menu range, or indulge in their afternoon tea. Get ready for a relaxing and memorable experience.
Although the hotel offers great service, it takes some time to clear the used plates and cutlery of guests after meals.

This hotel provided the luxury stay I was searching for. the exclusive amenities surpassed my expectations and fulfilled all my needs. the spa and wellness center offered various massage treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. the swimming pool had the perfect temperature and the sun terrace provided a great place to soak in the sun and enjoy the garden area. the restaurant had the most delicious meals, although in-room breakfast was also available.
The only minor issue I had was with the entertainment. the leisure/TV room was not as entertaining as I thought it would be and the picnic area could have had more tables to accommodate guests.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
